a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt,

third party; and (iii) the User Content does not contain any viruses, malware, or

We do not guarantee that (i)
the Services will meet your requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted,
timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of
the Services will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) any errors in the Services will be
corrected.
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY
OUR CALCULATORS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS
PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. ALWAYS CONSULT WITH A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING ANY
IMPORTANT DECISIONS BASED ON THE RESULTS FROM OUR CALCULATORS.
9. Limitation of
Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL
PRECISECALC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE
LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE
SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (iii) ANY
CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF
YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS NOT
ALLOWED, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages,
judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys'
fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the
Services.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend
your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or
liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of the Terms
which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including,
without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and
limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed
and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any
right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If
any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the
remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Your continued use of the
Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If
